Shipping Coverage
We currently deliver to all major cities and most towns across Pakistan.
Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Delivery Time
Estimated delivery times are:
- Major Cities: 2–4 business days
- Other Cities: 3–7 business days
- Remote Areas: 5–9 business days

Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout and displayed before payment.
Free Shipping
We may offer free shipping promotions on selected products or orders above a certain amount. Any applicable offers will be displayed on our website.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
Cash on Delivery (COD) is available in most areas across Pakistan. Customers can pay for their order upon delivery.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email, SMS, or WhatsApp, allowing you to track your package.
Failed Deliveries
If the customer is unavailable at the time of delivery or provides an incorrect address, the courier may attempt re-delivery. Orders that cannot be delivered after multiple attempts may be returned to us.
